SHIPPING

We currently use the United States Postal Service (USPS). All of your shipments are tracked and you can expect to receive tracking information via email within 7-10 business days of shipment. 

Once your order has been dispatched, ICONIC GARB accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the rare case of your package not arriving) ICONIC GARB is not liable as we have no control once it is with the postal service. In this instance, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number that was provided when the package was sent (USPS for US customers & Your local postal service for International customers). Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances.

Typically, orders will ship out within 7-10 business days of ordering and will be shipped Standard Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 5 -7 business days. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time,

ICONIC GARB cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All our international orders are shipped via USPS. Currently, most International customers can expect to pay between $16 - $40 for international shipping service. Please note, PRIORITY Mail is the only option at this time. PLEASE NOTE:  If import duties, taxes, and charges are required to release your order from customs upon arrival these charges are NOT included and are the customers responsibility and will not be refunded or reimbursed.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

Once an order has been completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. However, if an item does not work out for you, we are always happy to offer store credit or exchange. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, must be unworn and unwashed. All returns must be shipped and postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. Any items that do not meet this criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.

All postage costs for returns must be covered by the customer.

TRACKING

If you are unable to locate your package labeled shipped or delivered we recommend contacting USPS. Once your order has been shipped it then becomes the responsibility of post office.

Shipping Address Issues

ICONIC GARB WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE  for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered items.
Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we (ICONIC GARB) are not able to make any changes.
